As you are aware, a Government directive was issued to shutdown non-essential services to slow the spread of COVID-19 which resulted in all clubs, gyms and indoor sporting facilities being required to shut by midday, Monday 23 March 2020. 

The direct debits for membership fees for One55 were automatically deducted prior to the Government directive being issued. 

The membership fees that have been received by us just prior to or after the shutdown will be applied towards the fees payable when the shutdown has been revoked and members return to use our facilities.

No further direct debits will be made to your account during the shutdown period.

As our business has effectively been frozen and all employees stood down, email requests for cancellation will be actioned in accordance with the membership terms and conditions when the shutdown has been revoked.
